What is my topic/ social issue?

The topic/ social issue that I have chosen is Asylum Seekers and Refugees.

I have chosen this issue, as I believe that it is interesting. and the stories that people have to tell, can help motivate and influence artworks.
I am specifically interested in what Asylum Seekers have to deal with when they reach their destinations; and how their journey of hardship doesn't really end when they reach protection.

Asylum seekers are ridiculed, and not really wanted in the societies, that they have come so far to get.

I find this very interesting, and I hope that you will be able to see this within my artworks.
